Kalios: Pyramid Black Salt

This pyramid-shaped sea salt is used as a final touch, like fleur de sel. Its color is due to the addition of 100% natural cuttlefish ink. Cuttlefish ink gives a slight salty and iodized taste. Sprinkle on grilled fish, vegetables and ceviche.
