Photo Policy

At The Floral Fixx Design Studio, we do not send photo or video confirmation for orders. We understand the curiosity in what the flowers may look like if you have ordered for someone else and if it is a custom order. The reasons we do not send photos are as followed:

1.    Consistency in Representation: Photos can vary greatly depending on lighting, angle, and other factors. By providing descriptions, we ensure that customers receive an accurate and consistent representation of our flowers.
   2.     Privacy and Confidentiality: In some cases, the photos may contain customer or business-sensitive information. To maintain privacy, we cannot send such images without appropriate safeguards.
   3.    Quality Control: We want to ensure that you receive the best possible product. Photos may not always capture the true quality or condition of the flowers at the time of purchase, so we prefer to guide you through your selection based on up-to-date descriptions.
   4.    Consistency in Availability: Flower inventory can change quickly due to seasonal availability, supplier stock, or other factors. Sending photos might lead to confusion if the flowers in the picture are no longer available when you place an order.
   5.    Avoiding Misrepresentation: Because flowers are natural products, they can look different from one batch to another. By not sending photos, we reduce the risk of customer dissatisfaction when the flowers they receive differ slightly from the images shown.
