Delivery fees are calculated based on the destination and will be displayed during the checkout process. Additional charges may apply for:

Orders must be placed by 12:00 for same-day delivery.
Same-day delivery is subject to availability.
3.2 Scheduled Deliveries
You may schedule your delivery for a future date during checkout.
We strive to deliver orders within your selected time frame but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
3.3 Peak Periods
During peak seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, holidays), delivery times may be extended due to high demand.
To ensure successful delivery:
Please provide accurate recipient contact details, including the address and phone number.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver will:
Call the recipient to arrange a delivery time
Attempt redelivery (additional fees may apply).
Contact you for further instructions.
If you have specific delivery instructions, such as gate codes, or alternate delivery addresses, please include them in the "special instructions" section during checkout.
We are unable to deliver to certain locations, such as:
Remote areas outside our delivery zones.
PO Boxes or similar addresses.
If your order cannot be delivered due to location restrictions, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund or arrange an alternate solution.
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed. We will notify you of any changes and work to reschedule your delivery as soon as possible.
Floral Fixx Design Studio is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
Inaccessible delivery locations.

Changes to delivery details must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Cancellations are accepted up to 1 day prior to delivery. Refunds will be issued as per our Refund Policy.
