Return & Exchange Conditions:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in original, unused condition, with all original packaging intact (if applicable). Items showing signs of use, damage, or wear are not eligible for return or exchange. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
What We Offer:
We offer exchanges for items of equal value or store credit for the full purchase amount. Store credit can be used toward future purchases and is valid for one year from the date of issue.
Fresh flowers: Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all floral arrangements and individual flowers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Sale items: Any merchandise marked as sale or discounted is final sale.
Custom orders: Personalized or custom-made items are also non-returnable.
Return Process:
For in-store returns, please visit us with the item and proof of purchase, and our team will assist you. If returning by mail, please ensure the items are securely packed to avoid damage during shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable shipping method.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will assist you with a replacement or store credit.
Refund Policy:
